Next-day options must be ordered before 11am. We do not deliver on bank holidays. Orders to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are sent as international deliveries.

International delivery

  • Free international delivery on orders over £150 (standard, untracked)
  • Europe and USA – standard (untracked): 5–10 working days, from £7 depending on weight
  • Europe and USA – courier express (tracked): 2–5 working days, £20–£25
  • Rest of the world – standard (untracked): 7–15 working days, from £9 depending on weight
  • Rest of the world – courier express (tracked): 2–7 working days, from £25

Import VAT and customs for EU orders

For orders to EU countries, import VAT and the courier's customs handling fees are included in the price you pay at checkout, so in almost all cases there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. In rare cases, a local customs office may still charge a fee that is outside our control. If this happens, please contact us at info@paguroupcycle.com before paying it and we will help.

For deliveries outside the UK and EU, local import duties and taxes may be charged on delivery by your country's customs authority. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Returns and refunds

  • 14-day returns: you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Just email us at info@paguroupcycle.com or use our contact form.
  • Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in their original condition and packaging.
  • We refund the price of the items and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of hearing from you (we may wait until we have received the items back). Refunds are made to the original payment method.
  • Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend a tracked, insured service.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once the hygiene seal has been broken, unless they are faulty.
  • Made-to-order and personalised items cannot be returned once we have started making them.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be returned for change of mind.
  • Christmas returns: orders placed from 1 November can be returned until 15 January, so gifts can be exchanged or returned after the festive season.
