Delivery information
All orders are carefully packed by hand in our Nottingham studio and usually dispatched within 2 working days. We don’t dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.
UK delivery
- Free standard delivery on orders over £50 (3–7 working days)
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: £2.95 (2–5 working days)
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: £3.95 (1–3 working days)
- Royal Mail Special Delivery: £9.00 (1–2 working days, guaranteed)
- DHL Express: £9.00
Northern Ireland is included in UK delivery. Orders to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are sent as international deliveries.
International delivery
We deliver worldwide. Free international delivery on orders over £150. Below that, the cost depends on the weight of your order and your country:
- Europe and the USA: from £7.00, 5–10 working days (untracked), or Courier Express with tracking from £20.00, 2–5 working days
- Canada, Asia, Africa, the Middle East and South America: from £9.00, 7–15 working days (untracked), or Courier Express with tracking from £25.00, 2–7 working days
- Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific: from £9.00, 7–15 working days (untracked), or Courier Express with tracking from £30.00, 2–7 working days

Customs, duties and taxes
Orders sent outside the UK, including to the EU, may be charged import duties or taxes when they arrive. These are set by your country’s customs office, are not included in our prices, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.
