Inspired by the beauty of the feathery compound leaves, our artisan transformed the shape and colours into the Areca Palm Leaf Reclaimed Rosewood Dangle Earrings. With a love of nature, plants and our planet, our artisan makes use of the discarded woods from furniture factories.
Our Areca Palm Leaf Earrings are handmade using beautiful rosewood and hand-painted to reflect the multicolour of the leaf. The ring and studs are handmade from 24k gold plated brass. Each piece is unique and no two will ever be the same. A great gift for people who love eco-friendly, nature-inspired, unique and intricate jewellery.

Care: Keep away from water. Remove before showering or swimming. Avoid direct contact with perfumes and chemicals. The pendant may oxidise over time — clean and polish with a jewellery cloth occasionally.

Are our pieces comfortable? Suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes — our pieces are lightweight and comfortable for all-day wear, and generally suit everyone. Our recycled inner-tube jewellery has metal-free fastenings, ideal if you react to metals. Our earrings are finished with sterling silver, surgical stainless steel, or brass hooks — nickel-free and kind to even sensitive ears. Please note that our rubber pieces are made from reclaimed inner tubes, so they are not suitable for anyone with a latex allergy.
How do I care for my piece? Is it waterproof?
It depends on the material. Recycled inner-tube jewellery is waterproof and hard-wearing; simply wipe clean. Recycled inner-tube and army-canvas bags are water-resistant. Recycled wood and skateboard pieces — keep dry and wipe with a soft cloth. Recycled brass develops a natural patina; buff with a polishing cloth to restore shine. Resin — wipe clean and keep away from prolonged heat. Recycled bike chain — keep dry and wipe after contact with water.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
The design will be the same as pictured, but no two pieces are ever exactly alike — that’s the beauty of handmade, upcycled materials. The threads and markings on each inner tube, the colours in every skateboard offcut, and the grain of each piece of wood are all different, making your piece genuinely one of a kind.
What is it made from?
Every Paguro piece is handcrafted from genuinely reclaimed materials — inner tubes from buses and trucks, recycled skateboards, reclaimed wood, recycled brass, and more — given a second life by skilled artisans.
Delivery and returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund — just email info@paguroupcycle.com to let us know. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
